Can beginners join?

Yes

You should have basic fitness. This is an intermediate protocol. But if you're hungry, you'll adapt.

What if I miss a day?

You restart that week. Warriors don’t skip. You stay accountable.

Can I eat whatever I want during OMAD?

No. You eat clean: meat, eggs, greens, water. Junk food is banned.

Q4

Can I do this if I work full-time?

 Yes. The training is 30–50 minutes. The fasting gives you more energy. Your mornings will be sacred.
