DISTRACTIONS: 2026 is your year to eliminate chaos, redirect distractions and rebuild in silence.

New Year's Resolutions.

Every new year, in January, men make the same mistake. We write lists of wishes and dreams, hoping to actualise them by the end of the year. We call it a New Year’s resolution. However, these resolutions are abandoned and left to wanton. But if you are tired of being this man who makes the same mistake every January, then this post is talking to you. Unless you choose the courage to distance yourself from the noise of the current world, you will again wait for another January to make the same mistakes, just like the men who promised to change but ended up in the same loop of mediocrity.

These types of men promise themselves that if they fill tanks of motivation and inflate their balloons of consistency, then the change they yearn for will come.


However, by the second week of February, the promises collapse and fizzle into noise, chaos and distractions.

It is not that these men are weak. It is because they don't realise that motivation is not a system. Motivation is an empty emotion that flickers like a candle in the wind. Once the winds become unyielding, the candle dies.

Men don't need motivation. They need discipline, order and consistency to build a structure that lasts.

If your life has been drifting through gueswork, then 2026 demands something different. 2026 doesn't demand the usual new year hype or social media inspiration. 2026 requires that you sit down and plan a STRUCTURE.

Why Modern Men Are Tired, Soft, and Distracted

Across the world, men share the same symptoms:

  • Low energy

  • Weak discipline

  • Inconsistent training

  • Emotional eating

  • Broken sleep

  • Chaotic routines

This is not accidental, but it is the result of predictable weak structures that collapse under the weight of distractions. Modern life has removed friction from our lives.


Hunger and physical responsibilities, which built these structures, have been eliminated, leading to men who are overfed, under-trained, and mentally scattered.


Discipline Is Not A Punishment

Discipline always gets a bad reputation, yet discipline is not a punishment but a form of clarity.


When a man has clear eating windows and a structured training day with clear rules and routines, he becomes grounded in discipline, order, and competence.

Therefore, what destroys men is their inability to misdirect chaos, not their commitment to a disciplined routine.

Why Abstinence Comes First

Every transformation starts with subtraction. Before you build strength, you must remove interference.


That is why in this year 2026, you must adopt the first command of 2026, which is to ABSTAIN.

To have clarity of thoughts which come from a silent mind, you must abstain from consuming what inflames your thoughts.

Abstain from:

  • Sugar

  • Flour

  • Refined carbohydrates

  • Constant eating

  • Mainstream media and propaganda

  • Dopamine-driven habits

  • Chaos and noise

Abstinence is not deprivation, but it is a curative approach to rescuing yourself from a chaotic life and reclaiming your self-worth. When the noise is removed, the system can rebuild.

The system that builds the structure you want is built on silence. It abhors noise and chaos because noise is a distraction that misdirects focus and adds unnecessary weight to the beams of the structure you are building.


Why Training Must Be Structured, Not Random

Whenever I go to the gym, I see subscribers drift, randomly moving from one workout station to another without following a structured plan. Most men in the gym go there to “work out”, but very few men train. The gym is like a workshop that refines men. It is a man's temple that chisels him, not just his physical appearance, but his mental resilience and spiritual fortitude.


Building a routine, order, and disciplined structure eliminates randomness and creates an effective momentum for results.

Every protocol I have curated for my followers obeys the same rule of ROD:

  • Squat

  • Hinge

  • Push

  • Pull

  • Carry

These are not random exercises but functional muscle movements that align with the anatomy of the human body. If you train them consistently, progressively and in a structured system, the body will respond with intended results.

Why Fasting Is Ancient

Fasting is not a punishment. It is self-control.


Modern men are afraid of hunger because they were taught to fear it. Hunger is not an emergency but a signal about the efficiency of the hormonal response to the numerous biological activities happening at the cellular level of the human body.

Fasting is a powerful biological tool that removes constant insulin spikes, restores focus, and re-teaches restraint.


Fasting is not a punishment, but it is an ancient instrument of self-control that unlocks the hidden gems in the depths of your body, soul and spirit.


That is why in the Amerix community, we encourage each other to fast. We also encourage men to eat one meal a day, especially if a man is aged 35 years and above.


ARY: How 2026 Begins

If you choose to step back and view the new year as an opportunity to rebuild yourself, you will start seeing beyond the lies hiding behind "New Year's Resolutions."

These resolutions, which are written at the beginning of each year and broken by the second week of February, are ordinary egotistical thrills that excite your dopamine receptors.


Still, by the time dopamine fades, your urge to pursue goals also fades into oblivion. January and February are not ordinary months. They are JanuARY and FebruARY for philosophical and spiritual reasons. Start seeing them as the months of the A.R.Y. Doctrine.

ARY is a philosophical concept that stands for Abstain. Rebuild. Yield.

The ARY doctrine is summarised as follows:

  • January removes weakness

  • February rebuilds structure

  • The rest of the year yields results

The ARY doctrine is built on a structure of discipline, order, and commitment where discipline is the foundation, order is the pillar, and commitment is the wall.

ARY: Abstain, Rebuild, Yield

In 2026, if you intend to eliminate chaos, you must abstain from noise and abandon your proclivity to disorder.

When you abstain from disorganisation and abandon it, you will naturally redirect distractions elsewhere because you will be busy rebuilding a system on which your structure will stand. Once you focus on rebuilding a fundamental system, you will automatically choose silence as the toolbox that holds your tools. You will be so busy reclaiming your peace and refining your self-worth in silence, protecting your structure. Finally, to abstain from distractions, rebuild your structure, and yield results, you need a starting point to ignite immediate action.

Three Paths. One Philosophy.

Start the year 2026 with the ARY philosophy. Since not all bodies need the same approach, I have created three structured paths to help you rise above chaos and distractions.
